At first during his professional career as business & project manager, where he “managed”, trained, capacitated teams and top managers for work performance excellence.
More than 10 years ago he found yoga and started sharing his love and passion for it with others, and as a consequence of that deep immersion, meditation became his guiding star.
He has been referenced, interviewed, supportive and invited to participate in various scientific researches, workshops, and as guest teacher at universities from all over the world.
Taking from is professional, sociological and cultural diversified experience from the 4 continents where he has lived and worked, he now hosts regular meditation sessions, open to everyone and donation based, every 3x a week in Lisbon, Portugal. Sandy is a self-declared geek, there are very few things Sandy enjoys as much as being defined as a geek. From couch potato to yoga teacher, it was a spark of passion, a journey begins from trying to get a smaller waistline and moves onto discovering peace and learning to enjoy and love her own being.

Their backgrounds vary, but all share the same core interest: sharing the practice with others to not only impact a better life for those who attend, but also for the ones who facilitate.
